Transportation
Garten Trucking currently operates a fleet of over 30 power units. We are the selected carrier for WestRock (Formally Meadwestvaco) running the I-64 and I-81 corridor between Covington VA and Raphine VA. We also haul to the Port of Norfolk and to other destinations within the state of Virginia.
All drivers are DOT certified and many are TWIC card members. All drivers have a minimum of two years experience and maintain excellent driving records as a requirement for employment. Our drivers are tested rigorously prior to being put onto the road. Pre-Trip inspections are performed prior to each haul.
Warehousing
We currently own/manage/operate over 1/2 million square feet of warehouse space in 3 locations.

At Garten Trucking, our dispatchers are fully trained and have combined, more than 40 years of experience in dispatch operations. Satisfaction is our goal at Garten Trucking and our accomplished staff ensures your loads will be handled with expertise and professionalism.
Garten Trucking drivers are dispatched from the Pinehurst truck lot in the Covington, VA location and our drivers are home daily.
Our entire operation is computerized using SAP software to maintain complete data on every load we haul. This system tracks our operations and provides proof of delivery on demand. Garten Trucking continuously strives to provide excellent customer service and offers transportation in a safe and cost efficient manner.
